GREG is a partner in our New York office. His practice is focused on the representation of private and public emerging growth companies, as well as leading venture capital and private equity funds in their investments in public and private companies in the U.S. and internationally.

Greg’s practice includes representing entrepreneurs as they form businesses, counseling young companies through rounds of equity and debt financing, executing M&A and public offering transactions and providing general corporate governance and securities law guidance.

In addition to his work with emerging growth companies, Greg spends a significant portion of his time representing venture capital and private equity funds in their investment activities, including complex, cross-border financing transactions.

Greg received his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, where he graduated Order of the Coif. He received his B.A. from Stanford University, where he majored in Economics. Before joining our New York office, Greg spent a number of years practicing in our Silicon Valley office. Greg is admitted to practice in California.
